by Lewis

This is a very easy and tasty meal for your family.

Take 1 1/2 pounds of boneless strips of chicken. Breast meat works great, but boneless thighs will work fine.
Put a little olive oil in the bottom of your dutch oven and then brown your chicken in the olive oil.
After the meat is lightly brown and cooked through, pour in two cans of cream of chicken soup.
As this starts to boil, break open a regular size can of biscuits and place the biscuits evenly over the top. Place the lid on the dutch oven with some hot coals or charcoal on top of the lid.
Cook until the biscuits are brown on top and then serve this great tasting meal to your family.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken breast strips
olive oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 regular size can of biscuits
salt and pepper
